Annual Christmas Program
School Information
On Wednesday, December 17, Taos Day School hosted its annual Christmas Program, drawing a full house of parents, grandparents, and tribal officials for a celebration of culture and community. Students combined traditional Christmas music with Tiwa language songs and drumming, creating a beautiful blend of heritage and holiday spirit.
As a special gift, each parent received a Christmas photo of their child, courtesy of the PTO. Adding to the festive atmosphere, every class decorated a Christmas tree donated by the Taos Pueblo War Chief’s Office, and these trees were later gifted to families—another heartfelt way to give back to the community. It was a day filled with music, generosity, and unity!
